Scaffold related accidents

6/6/2017

There are 60 deaths per year due to scaffold-related accidents in the U.S. according to the United States Department of Labor. This is in addition to 4,500 injuries that did not result in death to the workers.

72% of workers that were injured in scaffold accidents blamed their accident either on the planking or support giving way, or to the employee slipping or being struck by a falling object. These accidents could have been prevented by better compliance with OSHA standards.

Our law firm has been successfully helping the families of workers that were killed or injured due to scaffold accidents for many years. If you or a loved one has been injured in a scaffold-related accident, let us review your case and see if we can win for you.
